The Construction Sector is the economic main power in Panama, during the last 10 years it has experienced an average growth superior to 7% and this tendency has not been affected by the situation in other real estate areas of the World .
Panama Canal Expansion: It is estimated that the expansion of the Canal will create 40,000 direct jobs, and that by 2025 the employment created will exceed 250,000 jobs, which will generate a growth on demand for real estate.
Reverted Areas: Former areas of the Canal Zone which were administered by United States and which were gradually reverted to the State of Panama between the years 1979 and 1999. These areas are now urbanized and built on. The Real Estate Project of Tropical Hill is located in the reverted area of Clayton, very near the Panama Canal.
The City of Knowledge: Is located in the Clayton area. It is an international complex for education, research and innovation. It has been developed to promote and facilitate synergy between universities, scientific research centers, businesses and international organizations.
